Directed by Don Weis. With Ward Bond, Robert Horton, Mark Stevens, Joanne Dru. A pacifist since the war, Nels Stack stands up to any man prejudiced against another. When his own beliefs are tested in the face of an impending Indian attack against the wagon train, he has to decide who he is going to defend. While most Stanford Slackers have had a couple of weeks to get acquainted with the new interface, I’ve had a little longer. Along with other invited “Slack Champions,” I began test driving the refreshed platform in March to provide feedback to Slack. With that, I’ve had time to explore.
Stanford Slack accounts need to be registered using an email address in this format: <SUNetID>@stanford.edu. This will allow the information in Slack to better align with other Stanford collaboration tools.
Slack continues to introduce new functionality and integrations. However, more and more Slack integrations require consistency between campus systems. To meet these requirements and enhance the user experience for all, Stanford Slack accounts need to be registered using an email address in this format: <SUNetID>@stanford.edu. With this change, the information in Slack will better align with the information used for other Stanford collaboration tools.
Upcoming changes
Slack administrators will soon update any Stanford Slack accounts that have been set up with an alternate email address to the required format: <SUNetID>@stanford.edu.
